Manufacturer warranty pass-through

Every part we ship carries the original manufacturer warranty. Standard coverage is 12 months from date of installation against defects in materials and workmanship for most filter, hydraulic, and electrical parts. Wear parts (cutting edges, GET, undercarriage) are covered against manufacturing defects only.

How to claim

1. Email sales@rentwithaim.ca with order number, part number, and a brief description of the failure.
2. We will work with the manufacturer to authorize a return or replacement.
3. Approved warranty replacements ship at no charge.

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of installation (work order or service record).
