Danfoss 157B2100 PVLP63 Shock and Anti Cavitation Valve, 100 Bar

The pouch label on this one is the older Danfoss style and it spells the cavity out in full: PVLP63 - SHOCK VALVE - 100 BAR, PN(1P) 157B2100, quantity 1, made in China, production order 51467302, date stamped DEC/04/2014. The label is creased from years on the shelf but fully legible, and the pouch has never been opened. New old stock, which for a sealed hydraulic cartridge means unused.

100 bar, about 1450 psi, is the low end of the standard PVLP range. It is specified where a function has to be deliberately limited, a light rotator or grapple circuit for instance, or where a downstream component would be damaged by anything close to full system pressure. Same cartridge body as the higher settings, only the relief spring differs, and it is not adjustable.
