Danfoss 157B2125 Shock and Anti Cavitation Valve, 125 Bar

Factory sealed silver anti corrosion pouch with the original production label. The label reads Shock valve 125 BAR, PN(1P) 157B2125, quantity 1, made in China, production order 54901268. Unopened, never fitted.

This is the PVLP cartridge that screws into the A and B port shock valve cavity of a Danfoss PVG work section. It does two jobs in one body: a relief poppet fixed at 125 bar, roughly 1813 psi, and an anti cavitation check that lets oil refill the actuator side when a load runs away from the pump. The setting is not adjustable, which is why the pressure is baked into the part number, so match 125 bar to the circuit you are servicing and do not substitute a higher setting to make a part fit.

Two more bags of this same number came off the shelf with it, both relabelled Waratah Forestry Attachments stock, one printed and one hand written, and one of those carries a struck out WA1 number that looks like a superseded Waratah reference for the same valve. We cannot read the digits under the strike through so we are not publishing it. What it does tell you is that this valve is the one a Waratah head dealer supplies over the counter for a PVG stack.
