Genuine Fleetguard AF25474 Air Filter | Radial Seal Primary Element

Genuine Fleetguard AF25474 Air Filter

Straight off our shelf in an unopened carton. The Fleetguard label reads AIR FILTER, part number AF25474, quantity one, supplier FLTGR, origin Italy, with the date block 20342-474500. Fleetguard runs several European plants and this one came out of the Italian line, which is normal for the number.

This is a radial seal primary element. The urethane sealing band pushes onto the housing outlet tube, so the seal does not rely on a clamp band or a wing nut staying tight through vibration. When you fit it, wipe the tube clean, push the element home by hand until it stops, and never use the cover to seat it.
