Genuine Fleetguard FF63028NN NanoNet Fuel Filter | Cummins 3697844

Genuine Fleetguard FF63028NN NanoNet Fuel Filter

The can prints the number with a space, FF63028 NN, alongside the Cummins service number 3697844. The NN suffix is not decoration. It marks NanoNet media, and a non NanoNet element of the same physical size will fit the head and then fail to protect the injectors the way the engine builder intended.

This is a large capacity heavy duty element. Cummins moved to NanoNet as rail pressures climbed, because layered synthetic media can hold very fine particles at high efficiency while still passing enough fuel at cold start. That combination is what you are paying for here.

What it does

• High efficiency NanoNet fuel filtration for heavy duty common rail engines
• Layered synthetic media holds fine particulate without restricting cold flow
• Marked with Cummins service part number 3697844
• NN suffix element, not interchangeable with a standard pleated paper equivalent
