Genuine Fleetguard LF3914 Full Flow Cartridge Lube Filter
Unopened Fleetguard carton, photographed on our own shelf. The label is short and specific: PART NO. (1P) LF3914, QTY (Q) 1, description LUBE FILTER, Made in China. That is the whole of what the box claims and the whole of what we claim.
Inside is a full flow cartridge element, the drop in paper type used by a lot of European built compaction and crushing plant rather than the screw on can that North American engines favour. A cartridge is cheaper to ship and leaves less steel in the waste bin, but it does depend on clean work at the housing. Wipe the bowl out, check the seat is not scored, and renew the seals that come with the element.
