This is the tank breather on the HL series wheel loaders. It is the vent that lets the hydraulic reservoir equalise as oil moves out to the lift and tilt circuits and comes back. On a loader that is a lot of oil moving in a hurry, and a loader lives in exactly the kind of dust that punishes a neglected breather. Hyundai's own catalogue lists the Komatsu number 207-60-51310 against this element, which is the same breather used across a good spread of Komatsu excavators, so if you have seen that number on a shelf tag it is the same part.
