Hyundai 81E6-2405 Bushing Set
Two brass or bronze coloured machined rings in a plain thin poly bag, with the number 81E6-2405 hand written in marker on the bag. There is a short side scrawl on the bag as well but the only clear identification is the number itself. No factory sticker, no dealer ticket.
The 81E6 prefix is Hyundai HCE and it belongs to the crawler excavator undercarriage block on R130-3 and R210-3 machines: track chains, idler assemblies, upper rollers, master pins, master bushings and floating seals. Independent Hyundai parts indices show 81E6-2402 and 81E6-2305 catalogued as bushings, 81E6-2518 as a track master pin and 81E6-2005 as a 600 mm track chain assembly, so this number is in the bushing and seal sub group of that family. The two rings in the bag are consistent with a matched bushing pair rather than a duo cone seal, so this is what we have listed it as.
What we will not print is a bore, an outside diameter or a length, because none of that is marked on the bag and we have not opened it to measure. If dimensions decide the job, ask us and we will pull the bag, put a set of calipers on the rings and send the numbers back before you order.
