How do I become a Fleet member?
Spend $5,000 or more in the trailing 12 months (paid, non-refunded orders only) and we automatically promote your account. The 2x multiplier stays active for 12 months from the date you qualified and renews automatically while you maintain the threshold.
When do points post to my account?
Points post within 24 hours of order fulfillment. You'll see them in your account dashboard and on the points chip in the header when signed in.
Do points expire?
Points stay active as long as your account is active. After 24 months of zero account activity (no orders, no logins), your balance retires.
Can I redeem on any product?
Yes. Points redemption works on every part in our catalog. Apply them at checkout in 1,000-point increments.
